about the box set

Summit 72 is a numbered limited edition set produced by Canadian film distribution company Unobstructed View Inc. It’s the only way hockey fans outside Canada can experience the full documentary, revisiting the first time the Soviets played Team Canada! Over 7 hours of hockey history not available anywhere else.

The base program is a four-part three hour look back at the historic series that brought Team Canada against The Soviets fifty years ago, portrayed from a whole new perspective with never before seen footage, brand new interviews with surviving members of both teams and much more. We are loading this release with incredible bonus features including bonus interview footage, complete series highlights, an old hour long dramedy from 1988 called Pray For Me Paul Henderson starring  Murdoch Mysteries’ Yannick Bisson. And an “O” card! A terrific keepsake for the anniversary or a fantastic gift for hockey fans around the world. We are authoring in Region “0” so the set will play anywhere.
